Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) typically takes 2–4 business days. Other cities and rural areas may take 4–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Delivery is complimentary on all orders over PKR 8,000. Orders below this amount incur a flat shipping fee of PKR 250, calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not fully satisfied, most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Personal care and hygiene items are non-returnable once opened, for health and safety reasons.
• Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• To start a return, email hello@aurrelaa.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour or item instead? We're happy to arrange an exchange within the same 14-day window, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item back in its original condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
